1990. Brokers company Konzeption II – as team leader. He participates in numerous courses on industry risks management.
1992. He establishes NORD. The author of the first Polish insurance program based on the system of risk distribution, the so-called subject-amount. Participation in seminars guided by lecturers of the Warsaw University of Insurance and Banking and London Chartered Insurance Institute and in a course organized by Ecole Nationale D’Assurances de Paris and CEFFIC Institute.
1995-2002. Nord Brokers Group Ltd. – one of the founders and vice-chairman. The author of the first implemented comprehensive program based on leader system open coinsurance contract. He works out the standard of a general contract for large industrial risks based upon the “repair replacement clause” which guaranteed the world standard of coverage within the limits of Polish economy.
Responsible for the cooperation with the London market – in the field of reinsuring large risks such as erection and construction, engineering, machinery, electronics, marine, industrial, catastrophic and banking.
He develops a concept of a general policy covering industrial risks and network programs for the clients having a complex organizational structure
2002. EOS Risk Poland Ltd. – chairman of the board. Since October 2002 at Willis Polska SA as Director of the Development. He introduces a concept of involving reinsurance markets to cover large, complex risks in Poland.
2008. In May, together with a group of experienced colleagues he establishes IND Partnerzy.

1990. He is appointed an insurance consultant in the Polish branch of Konzeption II. He works in a team focused on insurance coverage for companies and institutions, risk assessment and servicing institutional clients. The co-author of such innovative solutions concerning the coverage of enviromental risks eg. concept of implementing enviromental clauses in a liability insurance.
1992. One of the founders of NORD. Responsible for the work of the team in the area of Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot. The co-author of the first program offering insurance cover for leased vehicles, based on the conditions drawn up in a general contract. The author of numerous inssurance programs where the consortial model of insurance was implemented for the first time in Poland. He participates in courses and seminars organized by The University of Banking and Insurance in Warsaw, Chartered Insurance Institute London, Ecole Nationale D’Assurances de Paris and CEFFIC Institute in Warsaw.
1995-2002. Director of Branch Office Nord Brokers group Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk. Focuses on servicing network clients (leasing companies, banks and other financial institutions), for whom he worked out and implemented individual property, liability, financial insurance programs.
He supervises the work of a team implementing innovative solutions concerning the conditions, provisions and administering group insurances and pension funds.
2002. Member of the board of EOS Risq Poland Ltd.
2002. Since November he works for Willis Polska SA as the manager of Gdańsk branch, responsible for Polish clients as well as international network programs.
2008. In May, together with a group of experienced colleagues, he establishes IND Partnerzy.

1990. Claims assistant for the Gdańsk Branch of Westa Insurance Company. Later that year, he is appointed the manager of the Claims Department.
1993. Deputy manager of the Gdańsk Office of Mutual Insurance Company ”TUW”, responsible for claims settling procedures and risk assessment.
1995. The manager of the Insurance Department of Infoservice S.A. where he is one of the very first people in Poland to deal with the concept of selling insurance policies with the use of the Internet.
1997. He is appointed the Manager of Sopot Branch of PTU Energo-Asekuracja insurance company (at present HDI Asekuracja Isnurance Company). His main task is to organize the work of the new office, including organization of sales and the supervision over underwriting and claims department. He participates in insurance programs creation for power industry.
1999. As the Gdańsk Branch manager of Cigna STU Insurance and Reinsurance Company, he undertakes the task to restructure the insurance portfolio, builds the sales network, co-operates with insurance brokers and the supervises risk assessment department. He creates and implements innovative insurance solutions for large fleets of vehicles, thanks to which Cigna STU achieves a dynamic growth of collected premium.
2005. He joins the Gdańsk Branch of Willis Polska SA His basic task is to enhance the international insurance coverage (the world programs) so that they meet local needs and requirements and to adapt various insurance conditions so that they are part of one coherent program.
2008. In May he joins IND Partnerzy.
